A: Your account is never charged until your order ships. If you see any pending charge from Calming Heat on your account prior to shipping, this is an authorization hold to ensure the funds are available so your product can ship without delay. 

Q: How long will it take for a refund to reflect on my payment method? 

A: Once the return is processed, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund to apply to your payment method – timing can vary depending upon your banking institution

A: To return an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#) and return instructions. Please call us, and we will be happy to help you with that. Unauthorized or hand delivered returns will not be accepted.

Q:Where should I use the Sauna Wrap?

 A: The sauna Wrap can be placed on any heat resistant surface. Since you will be laying down, make sure you are comfortable by adding a bolster or a pillow for extra cushion.


Q: Where should I wear when using the Sauna Wrap?

 A: Wearing long sleeves, long pants, and socks while in the Sauna Wrap is recommended. You may also line the Wrap with a thick towel to help absorb any sweat released during use.


Q: How should I clean the Sauna Wrap?

 A: Keeping a dry towel handy to absorb any sweat left behind after each session is suggested. Use a nontoxic disinfectant wipe or spray to sanitize the Wrap. Nontoxic disinfectant sprays are gentle and non-abrasive to the Wrap and are effective at removing bacteria. Leave the Wrap open to dry and cool down completely before folding and packing away.


Q: Why doesn’t my Sauna Wrap feel hot enough?

 A: Please ensure that the product is pre-heated before use. Set the heat level to 8 for 5-10 minutes before use.


Q: What should I do if my controller won’t turn the Sauna Wrap on?

 A: Unplug the chord from the outlet, wait 5 minutes, and plug the unit again to reset it.


Q: What if I leave my Sauna Wrap on by accident?

 A: The sauna Wrap comes with an auto-off heat feature. Depending on your timer selection, the Sauna Wrap will run for 15-minute increments to a maximum of 1 hour, before powering off.
